This website contains information about the services and products that we offer, as well as a photo gallery of past and present projects we have taken part in. By visiting our site, you agree to all the terms stated here in the Terms of Use ("agreement"), as well as the policies we have in place regarding your personal information, as stated in the Privacy Policy. CCL reserves the right to deny access to our site to any visitors that do not abide by this agreement.

CCL may periodically ask clients to write a review about the company and reserves the right to post those reviews on the site, on the Testimonials page. If you have written a review, or wish to write a review, and do not want your review publicly displayed on our site, please contact us or notify us of your desire not to publish your review. In this case, CCL will keep your review solely for internal purposes only to help improve our products and services, but will not publish the review as desired. CCL reserves the right to make any grammar and/or spelling corrections to all the reviews the company receives, as well as alter the layout so as to better fit the design and layout of our site.

CCL has gone through great lengths to make sure our site is secure and friendly to our users, however, this can be a very complicated task. While we have tested our files before and after uploading to our servers, and even downloaded to our own machines and tested for malicious software or viruses, CCL cannot guarantee that our files will not infect your computer with a virus, or in any other way cause damage or unwanted results on your computer. Soliciting and Exchanging of Links
CCL does not accept soliciting and/or the exchanging or selling of links to boost online sales and page ranking status on search engines. The links contained in our Partners page, as well as our General Contractors/Builders page, are used solely to list those partners/products that we have in stock or have installed in homes, as well as recent Builders or General Contractors that we have recently worked with and have been pleased with their service and quality of work. If you have done business with us in the past, and would like your information to be added or removed, please send us an email. We will review your information, as well as very that we have indeed done business with your company prior to added your information to our site. All other requests, such as the request to exchange links for merely page ranking status, will be ignored.

CCL may or may not use "cookies". "Cookies" are small files that are stored on your hard drive to display customizable material on websites. CCL may use "cookies" to keep track count of your visits, date of last visit, and various other bits of information. "Cookies" are not programs and cannot be executed on your computer. If this agreement contains any information that the court or any jurisdiction finds unenforceable or any way violates the rights of users, it will not impact the other parts of this agreement. Any conflicts and/or disputes that arise out of this agreement are subject to the interpretation of, and in accordance with, the laws and authority in the State of Colorado.
